A LANDMARK MOMENT IN PKM’S JOURNEY
Honoured for a Contribution to Tamil Nadu’s Infrastructure
On 21 February 2026, Shri P.K.M. Chelliah received a commemorative honor from the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru M.K. Stalin, acknowledging PKM Constructions’ contribution to the construction of the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Bridge.
The recognition is a proud milestone in PKM’s journey—honoring the vision established by Late Shri P. K. Mookanambalam and the more than six decades of leadership, experience and dedication contributed by Shri P.K.M. Chelliah.
It also represents the collective efforts of the engineers, project teams, partners and workforce who helped bring this important public infrastructure project to completion.
Project Recognition
PKM Constructions was recognised for its contribution to the construction of the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Bridge. The commemorative honour was presented to Shri P.K.M. Chelliah by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru M.K. Stalin.
